An ultra-drinkable twist on the Pimm’s Cup, this cocktail is ideal for sipping after indulging in some holiday cookies or sneaking some presents under the tree.
MAKES 1 DRINK
6 oz [180 ml] Pimm’s
2 oz [60 ml] fresh lemon juice
1 sugar cube, crushed
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
2 tangerine slices, for garnish
1 fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Ginger ale, for topping off
Pour the Pimm’s, lemon juice, and crushed sugar cube into an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously. In a tumbler, drop in the cranberries, tangerine slices, mint sprig, and ice. Strain the Pimm’s mixture into the prepared tumbler until half-full and top off with ginger ale.
