What’s a holiday celebration without a bit of silver and gold (tequila, that is)?
MAKES 1 DRINK
3 oz [90 ml] tequila
2 oz [60 ml] Honey Syrup (page 23)
1 oz [30 ml] fresh lemon juice
Club soda, for topping off
Lemon slice, for garnish
Pour the tequila, honey syrup, and lemon juice into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top off with club soda and place a lemon slice on top.
