This is a fizzy twist on creamy Scandinavian Advocaat liqueur. If you can’t find this type of liqueur, feel free to replace it with eggnog. For the ultimate snowball experience, serve with spherical ice cubes.
MAKES 1 DRINK
2 oz [60 ml] Advocaat
2 oz [60 ml] sparkling lemonade
1 oz [30 ml] fresh lime juice
1 lemon twist, for garnish
Chill a coupe glass. Pour the Advocaat, sparkling lemonade, and lime juice into an ice-filled shaker. Shake until very cold, then strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
