Delectably smooth and pleasing to the palette, this take on a Black Velvet gets a jammy twist with the addition of lambic, a tart and fruity Belgium-brewed beer.
MAKES 1 DRINK
3 oz [90 ml] champagne
3 oz [90 ml] lambic beer
1 oz [30 ml] Chambord or raspberry liqueur
Pour the champagne into a coupe or flute glass. Top with the lambic and Chambord.
