Fezziwig Punch

No one can resist this incredibly palatable punch, which is sure to please even the grumpiest of scrooges.

MAKES 8 TO 10 DRINKS

Lemon slices, cut into quarters, plus more for garnish

24 oz [720 ml] black tea

24 oz [720 ml] lemonade

6 oz [180 ml] dark rum

6 oz [180 ml] Grand Marnier

4 oz [120 ml] Honey Syrup (page 23)

Place a quarter slice of lemon into each compartment of an ice cube tray and fill with water. Freeze until solid, 2 to 3 hours. Save until ready to serve the punch.

Pour the remaining ingredients into a large punch bowl and stir. Add the lemon slice ice. Garnish each serving with extra lemon slices.
