Gingersnap Punch

This punch is popular with both kids and adults. Be sure to use fresh lime juice, or it won’t have the necessary zip.

MAKES 8 DRINKS

48 oz [1.4 L] ginger ale

3 oz [90 ml] fresh lime juice

2 oz [60 ml] Raspberry Syrup (page 24)

8 candied lime slices (page 24), for garnish

Fill a large glass punch bowl with ice. Pour in the ginger ale, lime juice, and raspberry syrup. Stir. Serve in glass punch cups, garnished with a slice of candied lime.
