THE ANGELS OF THE HEALING ART

The healing angels – under their mighty head, the Archangel Raphael – being filled with love for their human brethren, pursue their work continuously. Their presence by the sickbeds of men is a reality, though the minds and hearts of the majority of those responsible for healing of sickness are closed against them. Many who suffer and have suffered, know them well. They stand in their thousands on the spiritual and mental thresholds of every sickroom, in hospital or home, eager to enter in. Hitherto, but few have succeeded; the barriers upraised by human minds are often insuperable; should they break through these in spite of opposition, the precious healing which they bear in outstretched arms would be lost, dissipated in the effort to overcome resistance.

Hospitals and sickrooms could be filled with healing angels and healing power, if man would but spiritualize the healing art and regularly invoke spiritual and angelic healing help for the sick. If human minds can but be opened to these facts, the angel beside the bed of pain might become a far greater and far more living reality, whether in the private home or in great hospitals; and the whole work of healing and medical research might receive a tremendous impulse as the Archangel Raphael and his hosts descend amongst us and assist both in the healing of disease and in medical research.
