On 12 April, 1882, Mr Albert Munro of New Norfolk married Miss Rochelle Fernley, only daughter of the late Colonel Fernley Esq. of Mallowmede. The ceremony took place before a small gathering of friends and family, in consideration of the bride’s father’s recent death. The wedded pair will be leaving Tasmania soon for Mr Munro’s property in western Victoria, where they plan to settle.
