Alice,
This is your next assignment. We have hours and hours of CCTV footage from different industrial complexes for you to look through. Any sign of someone who looks like Justin or Sonia Barrett coming or going from any of the warehouses – flag it to me.
You said you’re keen to take the detective exam soon, and this is a good taste of the kind of work you’ll be doing if you pass. There’s not much running around to catch bad guys, and a lot of staring at a computer screen, trying to spot tiny mistakes.
