Subject: Operation Chalice – CCTV of van and driver
Maddy,
Please look into CCTV footage of Leonard Dunlow being hit by a van. Alice will be able to give you more information about the exact timing. A clear shot of the driver (without a balaclava) would be immensely helpful.
Please also contact hire companies and ask who rented vans today – if anyone from the case is flagged let me know.
