REASON FOR WARRANT REQUEST:
We have gathered surveillance information and can confirm that Justin and Sonia Barrett (both strong suspects for the murder of their seven-year-old daughter, Krystal Barrett) are using a condemned warehouse on the Liners Industrial Estate to avoid arrest. We believe they could be armed and dangerous, so to ensure the safety of my team I’d like to follow an armed response unit into the building.
