FORENSIC REPORT ON:
#578 to #579 GLOVES found in an industrial bin used by Dunlow Consultants
#580 SCARF found in an industrial bin used by Dunlow Consultants
The examination confirms the GLOVES are made of leather. No fingerprints, full or partial, were found. Gunshot residue on the GLOVES was examined using a scanning electron microscope with x-ray analysis capability. Examination at high magnification showed particles consistent with the type of gun believed to have been used to shoot MELANIE PIRT.
DNA SAMPLES taken from inside the GLOVES and from various areas of the SCARF were tested for comparison against DNA SAMPLES taken from persons connected with this case. Many of the samples provided positive matches. The results are listed below:
GLOVES: POSITIVE MATCH for TIMOTHY DUNLOW and KARL BISS (in order from most to least).
SCARF: POSITIVE MATCH for LEONARD DUNLOW, TIMOTHY DUNLOW and KARL BISS (in order from most to least).
Traces of white powder found inside of the GLOVES were tested. This is latex residue.
