Southern hospitality: it’s what we are known for; it has no season. My grandpa Larry spent a lot of time sitting on his front porch in the white wicker rocker. “Sit down awhile. He was carrying on the family tradition that Great-Grandma Strahan was famous for. She invited everyone she met to her house and offered whatever she had on hand. She did not stand on ceremony. It didn’t have to be a special occasion or event. Enjoy entertaining, and make hospitality a practice in your home.
