There’s a Tip for each week of the year. Many relate to significant dates in the calendar, so you can choose to start at Tip One (which offers a different perspective on New Year Resolutions) and work your way through to December — or you might prefer to read the whole book in one go — or dip in at random.
Whichever method you choose, each time you pick up the book you’ll read something that will help to shape your week — encourage and energize you —and perhaps inspire you to do things differently.
