Acknowledgments

This book is dedicated to my friends, Amy and Betsy, because they went on a fabulous trip to Portugal that inspired the book. Happily, no one was murdered on their tour, but some of the events are based on things that happened to them. Bare feet in the airport? I couldn’t make that up!
