Jamaica Kincaid’s most recent books are Talk Stories (FSG, 2001), a compilation of her New Yorker writings, and an anthology of writing on plants that she edited, My Favorite Plant (FSG, 1998). She lives in Vermont with her husband and children, and she teaches at Harvard University.
