This chapter is dedicated to all the medical emergencies a paramedic could encounter that are not cardiac or respiratory in nature. From neurological emergencies to environmental emergencies, this chapter will discuss the pathophysiology, assessment, and treatment of a wide variety of ailments to which a paramedic may be summoned.
