CHAPTER 9

ADVANCED TIPS AND TRICKS

HOW TO FIND RARER POKÉMON, OR JUST POKÉMON IN GENERAL

Public and commercial places like mass-market stores, gas stations, and malls are some places where players have found lots of Pokémon. Exploring new areas will help you find more too.

WHAT LOCATIONS HAVE CERTAIN POKÉMON?

BUG TYPE - Large green outdoor areas like fields, forests, farms, and parks

DRAGON TYPE – Famous places and locations

ELECTRIC TYPE – Industrial areas, power plants

FAIRY TYPE – Churches

FIGHTING TYPE – Stadiums

FIRE OR ROCK TYPES – Hot areas like deserts.

GHOST TYPES – Nighttime in residential areas

WATER TYPES – Places like lakes, rivers, and the ocean

This doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to ever find a Water Pokémon if you’re not near the beach, or that just because you go outside a stadium you’re going to find a Fighting Pokémon. These are just guidelines based on what other players have reported.

DONT BE A HORROR STORY!

Be aware of where you’re walking while you’re playing, don’t Pokémon GO and operate a vehicle, or ride a bike or skateboard. Always keep your safety as your first priority.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN!

Pokémon GO is a simple but exciting game, always providing new challenges and surprises for users. The more time you play the game, the better you’ll get and the more fun you’ll have. And with dedication, good throwing and battling skills, and a willingness to explore the wonders of the world around you, there’s no reason why you can’t be a Pokémon GO master.
