Chapter 5

“Someone’s in a good mood,” Amelia cooed as they met in the hallway.

Class was about to start and Ben was reading over some of the items he wanted to make sure the students understood. He looked up at her and scrunched his brow. “What?”

His sister laughed. “You’re humming and you’ve got a spring in your step. What happened? You get laid?”

“Amelia!”

She smiled. “I just like to see you happy,” she told him. “You’ve been alone too long.”

Ben sighed. “I know, sis. And yeah, I…kind of met someone.” He wasn’t ready to tell anyone about Angus, though. He hoped something was happening between them, but he didn’t want to jinx himself.

She narrowed her eyes and looked him over. “Well, if he makes you happy enough to hum while you work, then maybe he’s the one.”

He rolled his eyes. “We just met. Stop. Please.”

“Fine. But you’re not getting any younger, little brother,” she reminded him before wiggling past him and continuing down the hall.

Despite not being able to get Angus out of his mind, the morning flew by. When he let the class go for an hour to grab some lunch, he called Angus.

“Hello?”

“Angus? Hi. It’s Ben.” Why the hell was his heart starting to race? It was just a phone call.

“Hi,” Angus’s voice lowered. “How’s class going?”

“Everyone’s on lunch break. It’s going great.” Ben paced around his small office, looking at the piles of all the projects he needed to be working on. “I was wondering if you were busy later?”

“Today?”

Shit, I hadn’t meant to come across as so needy. I should’ve waited.

“I’m not busy. If you meant today, I mean,” Angus said quickly.

Ben smiled and his breath came out in a whoosh. “Great. Class ends at six P.M.”

“How about I meet you there and we kind of make up plans as we go?”

“That sounds great, Angus.”

They said their goodbyes and hung up.

Ben spent the rest of the afternoon trying to keep a big grin off his face.

* * * *

About five o’clock, he was watching the students ride—one at a time—around the course. It was Shirley’s turn and she gave him a thumbs up as she mounted the bike. “Ben?”

He spun and grinned when he saw Angus. “Hey! What are you doing here so early?”

Angus shrugged. “Just…wanted to come watch, I guess.”

“Great! Shirley’s about to ride the course.”

Angus moved next to Ben and they all watched as the oldest student in class maneuvered her way through the course. She was a little slow, but she managed without any issues, and as she crossed the finish line, everyone clapped and cheered for her.

As the group rushed over to congratulate her, Angus bumped his hip against Ben’s.

Ben grinned. “I know the real reason you came early. You just wanted to see Shirley on a bike, right?” he teased.

Angus blushed but looked Ben straight in the eye when he answered. “I wanted to see you. I kind of…missed you.”

Ben’s heart swelled as Angus uttered his admission. “Yeah?”

Angus nodded.

Ben looked over at the class and saw they were all busy with Shirley, so he turned his attention back to Angus. “I’ve been thinking about you all day.”

Angus’s blush spread down his neck. Ben remembered how creamy Angus’s skin had looked without a T-shirt last night and his cock twitched.

“I’m going to finish up and then we’ll head out, okay?”

Angus nodded.

“You thought of anywhere you want to go?” Ben asked, gesturing for the group to join him.

“Your apartment?”

Ben nearly choked on his own breath and he turned to Angus, who stood there smiling.

“Or mine. Since you’ve already been there, that might be easier.”

Ben’s mouth hung open and he had no idea what to say, not that he had a chance as the class descended on him.

Angus stepped aside and stood by the building as Ben finished up with the class, handing each student a certificate. He exchanged pleasantries with everyone, hoping he wasn’t coming across as terse, because he wanted to get the hell out of there and spend time with Angus. If Angus wanted to have their date at his apartment, Ben was completely fine with that. More than fine.

As everyone left—Candy joining Seth, he noticed—Ben gestured for Angus to follow him to his office. “I just need to file a few things and we can get going,” he said as he set his notebook down on his desk.

Before he could turn around, Ben felt Angus’s arms slide around his waist as Angus pressed his chest against Ben. There was no mistaking the hardness pressed against his ass, and Ben shivered.

Reaching behind him, Ben pulled Angus closer.

“Is this okay?” Angus whispered.

“More than okay,” Ben said. “I’ve been thinking about touching you all day.” He turned and wrapped his arms around Angus.

“Do you want to know a secret?” he whispered, his lips inches from Angus’s.

Angus nodded. “Yes.”

“When you first walked in to the shop, I was blown away. I’ve never had that kind of reaction to anyone.”

Angus chuckled. “I felt the same way. Even amid my anxiety about motorcycles, I couldn’t help being overwhelmed by you.” Tilting his head, he asked Ben frankly, “You know I still don’t want to ride, right? I mean, is that a problem for you?”

Ben tightened his arms and shook his head. “I won’t push, but if you ever change your mind, I’m more than willing to take you for a ride.” He brushed his lips against Angus’s. Fireworks exploded inside him, and when he heard Angus moan, Ben slid his hands up Angus’s back to tangle them in Angus’s curls, their lips crushing together.

Angus moaned again and opened his mouth when Ben pressed his tongue against it. Ben swept in and tasted all Angus had to give, deepening the kiss as their bodies pressed together.

Ben could feel Angus’s cock against his thigh and it nearly pushed him over the edge. He pulled back a tiny bit. “We need to leave now or I’m going to lose control.”

To his surprise, Angus whispered back, “Lose control, then.” Angus’s hand slid down the front of Ben’s jeans to cup his hard cock.

Ben nearly roared as he pushed against Angus’s hand. “Let me get the door.” He walked over and kicked it shut, and had Angus back in his arms in seconds, kissing Angus and trying not to rip off the man’s clothes.

Angus’s hands were everywhere and Ben felt like his skin was on fire. He needed to feel Angus’s skin against his, so he slipped his hands under Angus’s T-shirt and they parted long enough for him to pull it off. He flung it onto the desk and laid his hand on Angus’s smooth chest. His fingers spread out and he leaned in to lick one of Angus’s nipples, but Angus stopped him.

Ben looked at him, eyebrows raised.

“Your shirt,” Angus ordered.

Ben grinned and tugged it off, tossing it to join the other shirt.

“Better?” he asked.

“Much.”

They kissed again, their chests pressing together, and Ben loved the way Angus’s smooth skin moved against his chest hair. It crinkled and tickled and sent shivers down his spine. His cock throbbed uncomfortably against his zipper and he ached to feel Angus’s in his hand.

He reached down between them, unzipped Angus’s fly, and slipped his hands under the waistband on either side of Angus’s hips. Angus’s hipbones protruded so much, they were almost sharp, and Ben’s fingers danced over them as he pushed down the jeans. When he realized Angus was going commando, he groaned loudly.

“Fuck, you’ve been here this whole time with nothing between your dick and your jeans?”

“I had this whole seduction thing planned out,” Angus admitted, and moaned as Ben wrapped a hand around his cock. “Fuck, that feels good.”

“Seduction plan, huh?” Ben ground out, his voice low. “Want me to slow things down?”

“God, no,” Angus panted. “We can do that later when we get to my apartment. I like the speed we’re at right now.”

Thank God. Ben was so close to exploding, it was almost embarrassing.

Angus quickly undid Ben’s fly and pushed down the man’s jeans to grab his cock. Before Ben knew what was happening, Angus slipped out of Ben’s hand and dropped to his knees.

Then Ben’s cock was enveloped in warm, wet heat, and jolts of electricity rolled through him straight to his balls. When Angus slid Ben in deep, he moaned loud and grabbed Angus’s hair again, steadying himself. But this was the best blowjob he’d ever had. Fuck, the man knew what he was doing.

“Angus,” Ben urged. He was going to lose it. “Angus.”

But the man on his knees in front of Ben kept going, sliding Ben’s cock in and out of his mouth, using his tongue to set off every nerve ending in Ben’s body. Ben’s orgasm overpowered him and he closed his eyes as it traveled through his balls, pulling them tight, and through his cock until his release rocketed out into Angus’s hot, wet mouth.

Angus sucked and swallowed every drop, licking him clean, until Ben’s knees nearly buckled and he was babbling for Angus to have mercy on him.

Angus finally pulled off and smiled up at Ben, then stood to kiss his lips.

“That was fucking amazing,” Ben breathed.

Angus kissed him and pulled up Ben’s jeans, carefully tucking his deflating dick into his boxers and zipping him back up.

Ben grasped Angus by the waist. “My turn,” he said with a smile.

Angus blushed. “Um, no, it isn’t.”

Ben didn’t understand. “You don’t want me to reciprocate? Why? I’m dying to taste you,” he added.

“It’s not that. I…I already came,” he admitted. “Your moans and the way your hands felt in my hair and the taste of you…it was all too much. I couldn’t help it.”

Ben grinned. “Really?”

Angus nodded shyly.

Ben cupped Angus’s chin and tilted his head so they were looking into each other’s eyes. “That’s the best compliment I think I’ve ever had,” he said, then reached down and helped Angus back into his pants. “Still want to go back to your place?” God, he hoped so. He wanted more than just a one-off with Angus. A lot more.

Angus nodded.

Hand in hand, they walked through the shop together and out into the night. When they arrived at his vehicle, Ben opened the passenger door, but Angus turned to look at him.

“Thank you for…for what you did last night. I’ve been holding that in for so long.”

Ben smiled. “I’m glad I could help, but all I did was listen.”

Angus cocked his head and chewed his lower lip for a moment. “But in telling you, it’s like now I’m free. Like I can go on living and enjoying life. I always felt guilty when something good happened to me. As if I didn’t have the right to be happy.”

“And now?” Ben prodded.

“Now I feel like I do have that right. Just talking about it has changed something in me. I don’t know if I’ll ever feel completely ‘over’ what happened, but for the first time in years I see the possibilities of a life. A real life.”

Ben smiled. He hoped that real life would include him, but he knew it was too early to say anything like that. “I’m glad,” he whispered as he stepped in for another kiss. And if visions of the two of them sharing an apartment, raising two dogs, and eating pancakes in bed on Sundays happened to pop into his head, so be it.
