Belly Burning Recipes
“The Belly Burn recipes blew me away—I can’t get over how delicious every single thing tasted. And while I had to buy some ingredients that I don’t normally stock, I found that I used them up because they are used in many of the recipes.”
—KELLY L., AGE 36
“Thank you for such a great program! It has definitely helped me make what I plan to be permanent lifestyle changes. Plus, the Sweet Potato Turkey Burgers were the best we’ve ever made.”
—RACHEL B., AGE 39
The best way to control your weight is to control what you eat, and preparing your own food is the best way to do that. But let’s face it, not many of us have the time to spend hours cooking in the kitchen every day. Fortunately, with The Belly Burn Plan you won’t have to. Each of the recipes is written in an uncomplicated way using common ingredients you can find in your local grocery store. If you need some guidance finding the basic staples that are right for your body type, turn back to Chapter 4 for the list of foods that will turn your metabolism on!
There are a few ingredients in the recipes that you may not have cooked with before. Coconut oil, chia seeds and almond flour are a few great additions to keep handy in your pantry. They’re all healthy and clean. More importantly, a little bit goes a long way, so they’ll all last a long time!
You’ll notice a few helpful icons at the beginning of each recipe that let you know whether the recipe is gluten-free, for people who don’t tolerate or would like to avoid gluten in their diet; vegetarian, for people who would like to avoid meat, poultry or fish in their diet; or if the recipe freezes well, for people who want to save leftovers in the freezer for another day.
