They are in no sense intended to be musical numbers, just to set the period.</p> <p class="para-char">As it is a live performance, the live medium for the music is being used, rather than a recorded sound track.</p> <p class="para-char">Sometimes the music is used as a counterpoint to the action.</p> </div> <p class="para-space" style="margin-top: 50%;">This play went to press before the end of rehearsals and may differ from the play as performed.</p> </div> </body> </html>
