Montacello

Sometimes misspelled Monticello, this line from 1931 has a Southwestern flavor. A collar of watery brown, tan-pink, and green is accented with a modified fleur-de-lis (on some almost an arrowhead shape) in ivory that drips across evenly spaced black ovals. Backgrounds of these heavy-bodied pieces are mottled blue, brown, and green. Pieces are unmarked, or rarely have a silver or black label.
