C. K. Madrid is currently a freelance writer for a lifestyle magazine and a technical writer and editor for a healthcare administrator. She has worked in a number of other communication-related jobs as well, but her passion has always been creative writing and songwriting. After living most of her life abroad due to her father's military service and her subsequent job positions, Ms. Madrid and her family have settled in Tennessee and are happy to call it home.
