Makes 9 to 10 cups
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
2 10-oz. cans tomatoes with chiles
1-1/4 oz. pkg. chili seasoning mix
32-oz. pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
Mix together ground beef, tomatoes and seasoning in a slow cooker and set aside. Place cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high setting for 5 to 6 minutes until melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Add cheese to ground beef mixture. Cover and cook on low setting for one to 1-1/2 hours until warmed through, stirring occasionally. Keep warm in a slow cooker.
