2-Headed Salad

Makes 4 servings

1 head lettuce, chopped

1 head cauliflower, chopped

1 sweet onion, chopped

1 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

1-1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/4 c. sugar

1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Layer ingredients in a bowl in order listed; cover and refrigerate overnight. Gently toss when ready to serve.
