My goal with this healthy smoothie recipe picture book is to give someone who loves living a healthy lifestyle just enough information to enable them to make an informed decision as to whether or not they will opt to include these 5 minute easy to make healthy smoothie recipes into their daily lifestyle and benefit from such a daily healthy nutrition in terms of health, peace of mind, happiness and unlimited possibilities!
If you drink these healthy smoothies on a daily basis and add a daily workout plan like yoga or any other workout to your daily chores, you will take even more benefits out of these smoothie recipes and healthy ingredients that are included with each recipe.

Remember, all you have to do is open the book and start with the first healthy smoothie preparation. Go through all of them and apply them on a daily basis as you see fit and depending on the health benefits that you are looking to achieve.
You just need a bit of time (5 minutes per preparation is enough!) to be able to make at least one healthy smoothie per day. You can repeat the 5 minute quick preparation time as you see fit during your day. For example I am consuming 3 smoothies during the day when I am at home and it takes me not more than 15 minutes per day.
Remember, you can achieve the maximum of health benefits from consuming healthy smoothies just by consuming these simple to apply healthy smoothie recipes in combination with a light daily workout.
Once you have achieved your own healthy smoothie making and consuming goal by following these easy to follow healthy smoothie recipes, you can go ahead and learn about some more healthy ingredients and what they can do for you.
