Green Smoothie II

Serves 1

6 ounces coconut water

1 Tablespoon almond butter

1/2 small cucumber, peeled

1/4 medium apple, diced (with peel on)

2 Tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped kale

1 Tablespoon coconut milk

1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 scoop sprouted rice protein (approximately 2 Tablespoons)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink right away.
