1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 Tablespoon minced cilantro
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
Lightly toss all ingredients together in a medium, nonmetal bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. We typically serve this salsa on top of fish or with a side of chips or rice crackers.
