Stick Cat stood up on his hind legs, leaning gently against the left side of the dog’s body. The dog didn’t mind at all.
Stick Cat held the binkie up in the air above the dog’s back.
Millie reached for the binkie, leaning gently against the dog’s right side.
Stick Dog didn’t mind at all.
Stick Cat pulled the binkie back a bit—out of Millie’s reach.
Millie climbed up onto the dog’s back.
Stick Dog didn’t mind at all.
Stick Cat allowed Millie to reach the binkie.
“Binkie!”
Millie put it in her mouth and lay down on Stick Dog’s back.
She closed her eyes.
She went to sleep.
And Stick Dog didn’t mind at all.
