Part of the Israeli delegation was fascinated to find Yacapo, but most were losing their mind over the clay tablets. While Yacapo solved a minor mystery in recent Jewish history, the clay tablets were inscribed with the Book of Enoch. On the reverse side were explanations that gave major insight into mankind’s interaction with God and the Galaxy because the back of the tablets had explanations from the Atlantean people. Atlantis. The newly found world was Atlantis. And it made sense.
An Israeli researcher gave a report to Oliver and most of the crew through a hologram presentation.
“This Book of Enoch is a little different from the one we have on Earth, but those differences are minimal. These tablets were made not long before the catastrophe by taking a rubbing of the original set and incising the clay from it. Somewhere, the original may have survived. The orbits of Earth and Atlantis are not the same, so the years are approximate. Plus or minus ten years is nothing in the scope of the story.
At the same time, Yahweh was concerned about the Watchers having gone to Earth and taken human women as wives, he gave Enoch visions of the future. Enoch is Noah’s great grandfather so there is a big gap in time, especially when you factor in humans apparently lived for six or seven hundred years.
Yahweh was angry that the Watchers, also known as fallen angels, were corrupting the bloodline of humans. Their children were Giants and dominated normal men. The Giants took everything from normal men and even ate them when there was nothing left to take. This may well be the first of the vampire myths. Even the abomination of chimera was created. Another of Yahweh’s complaints against the Watchers was they taught men metal work, agriculture and makeup which of course lead to decadence and fornication. In short, they had no right to impart knowledge to man nor directly interact.
Yahweh collected up a group of men and took them someplace else before all humanity could be tainted or corrupted. Which apparently was this planet they called A’ Tal Anta. Atlantis.
The Book was written by our calculations in four thousand BC. Noah’s flood happened around two thousand five hundred BC. Pieced together from the script Atlanteans added in the form of a celebration of their own history, a timeline was established.”
A whiteboard appeared next to the researcher with a handwritten outline.
4000 BC
Yahweh decides to destroy the fallen angels and gives Enoch visions of his plans. When the Watchers hear of Yahweh’s plan to kill all their families and punish them by binding them in the Earth, they asked Enoch to intercede for them. Yahweh brought Enoch through the Portals to talk with him directly, something never done before. He then tells Enoch the Watchers should be asking to help the humans and not vice versa.
3800 BC
Yahweh gathers one thousand households pure of blood, free of physical and spiritual defects. Then he gathers animals from all over the world and takes them to Atlantis to start fresh in case Earth is forever tainted. A tree of life is planted.
2500 BC
Noah has his flood, but the water comes as a wall and not as rain.
2200 BC
The people of Atlantis start exploring their local solar system and discover the Portals of Yahweh. They rediscover the primitive Earth and decide not to interfere in respect to Yahweh but there are many other worlds to colonize. Yahweh had already planted the seeds of Earth and provided the beasts of the sky, ground, and sea.
Atlanteans quickly become one of the Galaxy’s premier species. The Portals of Yahweh advantage and the ability to use them are kept secret. Other species did not possess the ability to find them and in any case, cannot duplicate the modulations for opening them. They do not have the same sense of music. The humans always sang to create the modulation.
Humans recognize the other, older space faring species have become static in their technologic development. They attribute humanity’s ability to innovate as a gift from Yahweh.
He continued after reading the timeline. “In 1200 BC, by carbon dating, we determined the world of Atlantis had its catastrophe. The cause was yet to be determined. A corroborating fact is the Egyptians had given the same approximate date for the destruction of Atlantis. We strongly feel that there must have been survivors who came to Earth. Why no technology came with them would be mere speculation at this point. But we will go back and look for it now that we have these solid facts to aid our research.”
A different researcher briefly stuck his head in and said, ”Some of us feel it is important to point out that there had been a consistent presence of Prophets as part of their society. Very much like the Prophets of the Old Testament.”
“Any discussion of a Messiah, like our Jesus?” Babs asked.
“No, none. Just the general discussion of a Messiah, the same as our Book of Enoch.”
“Sixteen hundred years to go from Stone Age to Space Age. Much faster than us. I will be very interested to see a complete history when we recover some of their old books. I bet they did not have nearly as many major wars to disrupt their civilization.” Oliver conjectured.
“Sir, I am speaking for our whole team. We all volunteer and request to go back on the next mission,” the head researcher said.
“Thank you, but you need to direct that to Dr. Lee. He is in the process right now of assembling the first team.” Oliver replied.
“You know where to find me,” Dr. Lee said to chuckles all around. “Comm me after lunch. My expertise is Astrophysics so I could use your input to the archeology.”
