These arm swings will improve your circulation while warming up your elbows, spine, torso, hips, and shoulders.
1. Start with feet shoulder-width apart. Shift your weight back and forth, from one foot to the other.
2. Letting your right arm hang loosely from your shoulder, swing it downward in a semicircle as you step from left to right.
3. Your arm should swing in the direction of your body. Bend in a half circle from one side of your body to the other.
4. With every side bend, try to feel your rib muscles stretching. Be aware not to lock your rib cage and move like a rigid box!
5. Ensure that your shoulders and elbows are relaxed throughout the warm-up.
6. Complete 16 swings on each arm while shifting your weight from side to side.
