Helpful Hint:

If you have set goals of being a designer, experience is good, but you don't have to be experienced to get your designs published. As long as your work looks good and your stitches are consistent, you are just as likely to get your designs published as someone who's been doing it for a long time. Try to keep up with fashion trends so you'll know what types of patterns are in demand.

Words of Encouragement

Do you only see faults in others and not in yourself? Do you ever feel that you can't get along with others, or think people don't want to be around you? Try to appreciate the positive qualities in people, and they will do their best to try and see your good traits. I have found that the two most important things that a person needs in this life are love and appreciation. Remember, “the times a person deserves our love and appreciation the least is really when they need it the most!”
