Old Man of the Lake is a 30-ft tall tree stump, which has been floating about Crater Lake for more than a century. It is roughly 2 feet in diameter and stands 4 feet above the water. Old man is buoyant enough to support a person’s weight. Tour boats regularly pass the stump on their journeys of Crater Lake.
