Queets is located in the park’s southwest corner. This seldom visited region, accessed via an 11-mile unpaved road, is the perfect destination for some peace and solitude. The campground offers 20 primitive sites on a first-come, first-served basis for $10/night. It is open year-round. RVs are not recommended. Two boat launches are available to explore the water, and Sam’s River Loop (2.8 miles) and Queets River Trail (16.2 miles) let you explore the land.
