YUMMY COOKIE BARS

I received this recipe from a special co-worker at school, and I always feel like a huge success as the tasty bars turn out every time. I find they’re easier to cut if you make them a day in advance and let them sit overnight.

PREP: 20 MIN. • BAKE: 25 MIN. + COOLING • MAKES: 2 DOZEN

1package white cake mix (regular size)

1/2cup canola oil

   2eggs

1/2cup butter, cubed

1/2cup milk chocolate chips

1/2cup peanut butter chips

1can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil and eggs. Press half of dough into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan.

2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chips; stir until smooth. Stir in milk. Pour over crust. Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls over the top.
