3eggs
3/4cup canola oil
1/2cup applesauce
1/4cup honey
1package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
2teaspoons ground cinnamon
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, oil, applesauce and honey. Mix cake mix, bran and cinnamon; add to egg mixture. Mix just until blended. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
2. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until muffins a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes; remove from pan.
