Bailey’s Irish Coffee

 

 

Ingredients

 

1 (12-ounce) wine glass, preheated

10 ounces brewed coffee

1 shot glass of Bushmills Irish whiskey

1 ½ jiggers Bailey’s Original Irish Cream

¼ cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff peaks form

Ground cinnamon or chocolate shavings (optional)

 

 

Directions

 

Pour whiskey into heated glass.

Add hot coffee.

Add the Bailey’s and stir well to blend.

Top with a mound of whipped cream.

Sprinkle with cinnamon or shaved chocolate.

Serve responsibly.
