Makes about 4 cups
28-oz. jar meatless spaghetti sauce
8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 t. dried oregano
1 t. dried, minced onion
Optional: 1/4 t. garlic powder
1 loaf Italian bread, cubed
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except bread. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours, until cheese is melted and sauce is hot. Serve warm in slow cooker, with bread cubes for dipping.
