Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp. custard powder
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. rice
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
Method:
- Boil the milk and the sugar in a pan and add the custard powder and stir till you get athick mixture. Add the rice to the bowl and ensure that the mixture becomes slightly thicker.
- Preheat the fryer to 300 Fahrenheit for five minutes. Place the dish in the basket and reduce the temperature to 250 Fahrenheit. Cook for ten minutes and set aside to cool.
