Herb Garlic Chicken & Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: 1 pack of chicken breasts boiled and diced
1 pack of leg quarters boiled de-boned and diced
3 large cans of whole mushrooms
1 Tablespoon of basil
1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
1 Tablespoon of paprika
2 large cans of chicken broth
½ celery stalk
½ onions diced fine
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 pack of egg noodles
Directions: Boil chicken in very large pot with salt, pepper, garlic powder, accent until done. De-bone leg quarters, and chop. Chop chicken breasts.
Combine all of the ingredients except noodles. In large pot with chicken and 3 cups of water and allow it to boil. Stir in the noodles. Be careful to stir and not allow it to stick. Turn down and allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers or salad.
