Ingredients: 3 cups of yellow rice
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
1 Tablespoon of sea salt
½ Bell pepper diced
1 pack of chicken breast diced
1 can of mushrooms
1 smoked turkey leg diced
1 stalk of scallion onions
½ Vandalia onion
1 teaspoon of paprika
3 Boxes of chicken broth
2 cups of water
Directions: Combine all of ingredients in casserole dish. Allow to bake in oven on 375 for 45 minutes or until fluffy.
