Ingredients: 3 cups of white rice
1 Tablespoon of sea salt
1/2 stick of butter (sweet salted butter)
1 box of chicken broth
1 pack of chicken breast grilled and diced
1 pack of frozen broccoli diced
Directions: Grill chicken until completely and debone if they are not boneless. Melt butter or you can replace butter with coconut oil in pan. Place rice in pan and sauté rice until grains are brown. Place into casserole dish with salt, chicken and broth and 1 cup of water and place in oven for 40 minutes on 350 or until done. Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs and cheddar cheese and place back in oven for 5 minutes.
