Warm cinnamon lassi

Serves 1
125g (½ cup) homemade yoghurt (see here)
250ml (1 cup) warm water
¼ tsp ground cumin or toasted cumin seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for dusting (optional)
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp sea salt
1 Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds until light and foamy. Alternatively, whisk by hand for a few minutes.
2 Skim off any fat that rises to the top and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
