Quick & Easy Chocolate Sauce

Mom made this fudgy sauce to drizzle on cake, and we like it over ice cream, too. It will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.

TAKES: 15 MIN. • MAKES: 2 ¼ CUPS

• 12 oz. (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• ¾ cup sugar

1. 1. In a small heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes.
2. 2. Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Warm gently before serving.
