Goblin Dungeon
––––––––
EVERYTHING HAD CHANGED for me after I’d fully accepted my Unseelie heritage. Like Dacrith, I immersed myself in the hunt. We were so much alike that we truly could have been brothers. Hexam continued to be my faithful guardian, but he’d become wary of me and kept his distance when we were in battle. Nearly being skewered by my sword had taught him to avoid me when the black haze descended, which it did every time we faced our foes now.
We weren’t even in battle right now and my vision was still tinged with red. I had a hair trigger temper and unleashed it on anyone who dared to question my orders. While I wasn’t a master swordsman like Dacrith, I was by far the deadliest creature in this dungeon. Everyone walked small around me and treated me with fear and respect, even if their respect was fake.
Chuckling to myself at that thought, my amusement vanished when I saw we had visitors in our base. “What’s this?” I asked, stepping through the archway and into the large, empty chamber. Two Unseelie women were waiting for us. Both were beautiful, of course. There was no such thing as an unattractive fairy.
“I believe they are intended to be our reward, brother,” my second in command said. “It seems the Unseelie Court is pleased with our latest battle.”
They should have been, since we’d bested ten ogres and had only lost five men. My minions split off from us, barely giving the two beauties a glance. It was obvious from the way they were smiling at Dacrith and me that they were meant for us. One had lilac hair and wore a delicate scarlet and black dress that displayed her breasts and tiny waist. The other had black hair and wore a yellow dress slashed with blue. “Which one do you want?” I asked.
“I don’t care, as long as she’s clean,” death replied with a mirthless grin. “Watch out, though. This could be yet another assassination attempt.”
I acknowledged his warning with a nod, then pointed at the woman with lilac hair. She preened at being chosen, but her friend didn’t pout. She sauntered towards Dacrith, who was already stripping off his armor. The idea of having sex with the fairy in front of everyone didn’t appeal to me. I preferred not to have the warriors watching on while I did the deed.
Hexam was sitting a short distance away, watching me and waiting for my command. We’d worked out a few hand signals and he went into motion at a flick of my fingers. I walked over to the Unseelie female and took hold of her by the arm. There was only one place in the chamber that would offer us any privacy. I guided her into the niche where Emelia had taken refuge so many months ago.
Hexam grew in size until he blocked the entrance as I began taking off my armor. “You’re so big,” my companion said, then giggled behind her hand.
“Take your clothes off,” I ordered. I wasn’t interested in exchanging conversation with her. It had been far too long since I’d been naked with a woman. I just wanted to bury myself in her and pound into her until I came.
Seeing I wasn’t in the mood for a striptease, the girl reached behind her and tried to undo her dress. “I can’t reach the buttons,” she said with a coy smile, eyeing my groin when I stripped off my trousers. Fascinated by my size, she forgot to turn around. I reached behind her, grabbed hold of her dress and tore it open. It fell to the ground, revealing her nude body. All she wore now was a necklace with a green pendant that seemed to be filled with liquid. “That’s one way to get a woman naked,” she said with a throaty chuckle.
My wings flared, but there wasn’t enough room to spread them out in the niche. Her eyes widened when she saw the four inches of black around the edges. Before she could comment, I turned her around so she was facing away from me. Dacrith’s warning to expect another assassination attempt had made me wary. Bending the fairy over, I slid a finger into her and she squeaked in surprise. She didn’t seem to have anything inserted inside her and there was nowhere else to hide an object, unless I probed all of her orifices.
Moaning and putting her hands against the wall, she pushed herself back against me, urging me to take her. I was picking up signals from her, but I didn’t care what she wanted. She was warm, willing and eager, so I pulled my finger out and inserted something a lot larger into her. She was so tiny that I had to work myself into her. From her breathless cries and her slickness, she didn’t mind a bit of pain with her pleasure. Besides, she was fae and she would heal any damage I did to her.
Far too small for me to be able to sheathe myself in her completely, I savored the sensation of her tightness, then began to pump my hips. Feeling the unseen eyes of the Unseelie Court watching me, I knew this was just another form of entertainment for them. They were depraved and twisted, but that didn’t fill me with disgust anymore. Not now that I’d become just like them.
Thoughts of the last time I’d been in this niche rose and the image of Emelia replaced the lilac-haired fairy. I pictured her moaning in need as I pounded myself into my companion. The courtier’s moans became cries, then hoarse screams of pleasure as I dug my fingers into her hips and unleashed my pent-up lust. She convulsed around me, body shuddering in the aftermath of multiple orgasms, which sent me over the edge as well.
Stepping back when I was done, one of the brownies thoughtfully cleaned us both before I started donning my clothes and armor again. “That was incredible,” the courtier breathed as she sauntered over to me, toying with her pendant. “I bet you’ve never been able to satiate yourself like that on one of those fragile humans you’ve bedded.” She giggled, but her eyes remained sharp.
She reached up to draw me down for a kiss and I noticed that her pendant was missing. I caught her hand as she tried to pour something into my mouth. “Nice try, sweetheart,” I said, squeezing her wrist until she gasped in pain and let go of the object. I deftly caught it between two fingers before any of the liquid could spill out. It had been a pathetically clumsy assassination attempt. I’d frankly expected more finesse from an Unseelie courtier and was almost disappointed.
“Are you going to kill me now?” she asked, voice trembling in terror. I almost frowned when I saw it was just a sham. Her eyes were still watching me intently rather than with fear.
Feeling her pressing something else into my hand, I released her and clenched my fist. “No,” I replied. “But I suggest you don’t return here again.” She simpered, then someone teleported her away, leaving her clothes behind.
The unseen eyes vanished and I carefully uncurled my hand to see the lid for the pendant and a note lying on my palm. Reading the note, I examined the green vial that I’d thought was poison. Sniffing it, I detected no odor at all, but I could feel a powerful spell inside the vial.
Placing the lid back on it, I tucked the note and pendant into my pocket. If the note wasn’t some kind of trap, my ticket out of here had just been handed to me. I now knew what I needed to do to win my freedom. All I had to do was betray my second in command. I didn’t even need to think twice about the plan. As far as I was concerned, Dacrith was already a dead man.
