Chapter Two:

It was another beautiful day out in Crystall when Lily and Bianca were out shopping for clothes for their clients. It was sure to be a blast as their clients for the morning were women with similar taste to Liliana and Bianca. They traveled down the street and dashed into one of their favorite boutiques, La Laschel, a high-end boutique that hauled in clothes from London.

“What do you think about this?” Lily said as she held up a glamorous shimmery red bodycon dress. “I think this will complement my client. She said she always wanted to wear something bold but nothing too loud. I think this will set just right.”

Bianca nodded as she too picked out a couple of outfits, tossing them over her arm as they both continued to browse the store.

“I am so glad that you are on my team. I knew you were a winner since the day we spoke in that seminar.” Bianca said as she stopped looking at the clothes and focused her attention on Lily.

Lily smiled and shook her head. “Me? No, I couldn’t have done any of this without you, honestly. You have been so amazing and helpful.”

Bianca just chuckled and shrugged her shoulders. “Yeah, but you’re the one with the brains who’s been making all of these matches. The success rate has skyrocketed ever since I brought you along; I am beyond impressed.”

Bianca’s statement could not have been any more true. Lily’s success rate had been a consistent 95% since the day she was given her promotion to start making matches. Her number has never decreased, only increased every time she made an accurate and successful match.

The two of them continued to scour the store in search of the perfect outfits for their clients. When they finished, they bought their clothes and headed out to a nearby cafe. They tossed their bags into the booth and ordered their food.

“Listen Lily, you are amazing. Your success rate has been higher than any matchmaker I have ever employed. With those stats, comes a great reward.” Bianca said as she handed the waiter her menu.

“Reward? More work?” Lily questioned as she raised an eyebrow and chuckled, looking over at Bianca.

Bianca let out a genuine laugh as she nodded. “Yes, more work, but that isn’t a bad thing. I have more big cases for you to handle. I will give them to you soon. They will be interesting and I am sure it will be something you will enjoy.”

“I already enjoy what you give to me! I look forward to it, Bianca!” Lily said ecstatically.
