Preparation

 

 

1. Dice the onion and crush or mince the garlic, then fry until soft.

2. Cube the chicken breasts, add to the pan and brown the meat.

3. Slice the red pepper and chop the spring onions, and add to the pan. Stir.

4. Slice the green chillies, add to the pan and stir.

5. Add the lemon juice and honey. Stir well.

6. Cook 5-10 minutes until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through.

7. Add the sour cream and stir in, then the coriander leaf (cilantro).

8. Serve with white rice, noodles or pasta.
