Pinch of caraway seeds
For the Bread Dumplings:
4 stale bread buns/slices
150ml milk
25g butter
2 rashers streaky bacon
1 white onion
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Plain flour
(You can also flavour the dumplings with chopped, fresh herbs or caraway seeds)
