14. Vinaigrette

Ingredients

 

1 shallot

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon fresh herbs – rosemary, sage and thyme

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

 

 

Preparation

 

1. Finely dice the shallot and garlic clove and mix in a jar with the mustard, honey, herbs, salt and pepper.

2. Add the vinegar and oil and shake well.
