15. German Meat Salad

Ingredients

 

Cold smoked gammon and ham

Equal amount of sweet-and-sour pickled gherkins

Mayonnaise

 

Preparation

 

1. Finely dice the meat.

2. Roughly chop the gherkins to a similar size.

3. Add enough mayonnaise to cover the ingredients.

4. Mix well.

 

Serve with crusty bread, cold meats and low-ox salad.
